Order Placed
We received your order

Your payment has been confirmed. Your item is now queued for authentication and packaging (1–3 business days).

In Authentication
Your item is being authenticated

Our team is verifying and photographing your item, and preparing it for shipment.

Shipped
On its way to you

Your item has been handed to the carrier. Check your email for your tracking number.

In Transit
Moving through the carrier network

Your package is en route. Use your tracking number with the carrier above to see real-time updates.

Delivered
Delivered to your address

Your package has been delivered. If you haven't received it, check with neighbors or building management and contact your carrier.

Common Questions

I didn't receive a tracking number — what should I do?

Tracking numbers are sent by email once your order ships (1–3 business days after ordering). Check your spam/junk folder. If it's been more than 4 business days, contact us at support@treadfitpro.com.

My tracking shows no movement — is something wrong?

Sometimes tracking updates are delayed by 24–48 hours after the label is created. If there's been no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us and we'll look into it with the carrier.

The tracking says delivered but I don't have my package

First, check with neighbors, your mailbox, and building management. If it still can't be located, contact the carrier directly to file a missing package claim, then email us so we can assist.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at support@treadfitpro.com. We can update your address only before the order has been handed to the carrier. Once shipped, address changes must be handled directly with the carrier.

I'm in Canada — will I pay duties on my order?

Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the Canadian government. These are the responsibility of the buyer. See our Shipping Policy for more details.
