We want your order to arrive quickly, safely, and exactly as described. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time
All items at TreadFitPro are pre-owned and individually authenticated before shipping. Because of our authentication process, please allow:
Orders placed on weekends or US/Canadian public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
All 50 states including Alaska and Hawaii
All provinces and territories
We do not currently ship internationally outside of the US and Canada. If you are outside these regions, please contact us — we may be able to make arrangements on a case-by-case basis.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been handed to the carrier. TreadFitPro is not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.
4. Canadian Orders — Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the Canadian government. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping rates. TreadFitPro has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend contacting Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) for more information before ordering.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post depending on your region and selected method).
You can also track your order at any time via the Track My Order link in your account.
6. Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to arrive in the same condition they were authenticated in. Sneakers ship in their original box (if included as noted in the listing), placed inside a protective shipping box. Designer bags and accessories are wrapped and padded. We do not use branded luxury shopping bags as outer packaging — items ship in discreet, secure packaging.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
TreadFitPro is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
- Check with neighbors and building management
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number
- File a claim with the carrier if the package is confirmed lost
- Contact us at support@treadfitpro.com — we will do our best to assist
If your item arrives visibly damaged, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
8. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. TreadFitPro is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@treadfitpro.com — we can make changes only before the order has been handed to the carrier.
