Thank you for shopping at Treadfit. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
*. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
Returns must be requested within [X] days of delivery (e.g., 14, 30 days).
Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
*. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:
Worn or damaged shoes.
Custom or personalized orders.
Sale/clearance items (unless defective).

Your order number.
Photos of the item (if defective/wrong).
We’ll approve your request and provide a return shipping address.
Ship the item back (customer pays return shipping unless the return is due to our error).

Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process refunds within [X] business days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is our fault).

Exchanges are subject to availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.
