1. About TreadFitPro

TreadFitPro ("we," "us," "our") is an independent and consignment marketplace operating at treadfitpro.com. We buy, authenticate, and resell sneakers, streetwear, and designer accessories to customers in the United States and Canada.

TreadFitPro is not an authorized retailer, licensee, or affiliate of Nike, Air Jordan, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Christian Dior, Balenciaga, Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Amiri, Off-White, Adidas, or any other brand whose products appear on our site. Brand names and model names are used solely to accurately identify and describe the genuine items we sell, consistent with nominative fair use.

2. Eligibility

By using our site and placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• You are legally authorized to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• You are purchasing for personal use and not for unauthorized commercial resale
• The information you provide (name, address, payment details) is accurate and complete

3.Consignment Nature of Products

By purchasing from TreadFitPro you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood the condition grade and condition notes in each listing.
  
• Real product photos shown in the listing represent the actual item you will receive
• You accept the item's described condition at time of purchase

4. Authentication Guarantee

Every item listed on TreadFitPro has been inspected and authenticated by our team before listing. We stand behind our authentication process. If an item you purchase is found to be inauthentic — verified by a credible independent authentication service — we will issue a full refund including original shipping costs.

5. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated
• Prices may change at any time without notice — the price at time of purchase is final
• We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other methods shown at checkout
• Payment is collected in full at time of order placement
• Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees — these are not included in our prices or shipping rates
• We reserve the right to cancel orders where pricing errors have occurred and to issue a full refund in such cases

6. Order Processing & Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days following authentication and packaging review. Delivery timelines vary by shipping method and destination. See our Shipping Policy for full details including carrier options and estimated delivery times for the US and Canada.

TreadFitPro is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages after confirmed delivery, or incorrect delivery resulting from an address error provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted within 3 days of confirmed delivery for the following reasons only:

• Item found to be inauthentic
• Item significantly different from listing description or photos
• Item arrives with undisclosed damage
• Wrong item shipped

We do not accept returns for change of mind, size exchanges, or condition issues clearly disclosed in the listing. All sales are final after 3 days. See our Refund Policy for the complete process and refund amounts.

8. Consignment Terms

If you submit items for consignment through TreadFitPro:

• You represent and warrant that you are the legal owner of the item and have the right to sell it
• You represent that the item is genuine and not counterfeit
• Items submitted for consignment will be authenticated and may be declined if they do not meet our standards
• TreadFitPro will set the listing price based on current market conditions, condition, and authentication outcome
• Consignor payout terms, timelines, and fees will be communicated at the time of consignment agreement
• TreadFitPro is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping to us — we recommend using insured shipping with tracking

9. Intellectual Property

All content on TreadFitPro — including text, images, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of TreadFitPro or its content creators and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, or distribute any content from our website without prior written permission. Product images are photos of actual inventory and may not be used for any commercial purpose.

Brand names (Nike, Jordan, Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Gucci, Dior, Balenciaga, Burberry, Alexander McQueen, Amiri, Adidas, Off-White, etc.) are the property of their respective owners. Their use on our site is solely for the purpose of describing pre-owned goods and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.

10. Prohibited Uses

By using our site, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
